You want to buy a house in California? Good luck! Unless you're a BILLIONAIRE or part of the ELITE, you can't afford it!

I build beautiful buildings. The most beautiful. But in California? Impossible! They have:

• CRAZY zoning laws

• PERMITS that take FOREVER

• LAWSUITS from everybody about everything!

And now with those interest rates? Disaster! Total disaster!

PEOPLE ARE VOTING WITH THEIR FEET

Smart people are saying "ENOUGH!" and moving to states with SMART leadership. The labor force is shrinking. High-paying jobs are VANISHING. All they're getting are low-wage jobs and government bureaucrats!

MY PLAN WOULD FIX CALIFORNIA IN 30 DAYS

If they asked me—which they won't because they're not very smart—I would:

1. CUT taxes immediately

2. SLASH regulations by 90%

3. BUILD housing everywhere

4. STOP the lawsuits

Simple! But they won't do it. Too many special interests! Too many deals!
